The Residents truly enjoy the personal care they receive!
You won’t find a more consistent, caring, and dedicated personal care team anywhere. Our staff of 32 provide care for 36 women; many of these folks have been with Heritage Home for Women for years. Our Home is known for having extraordinarily high staff morale and retention. Here’s what or families and residents say about our staff:
“Last week I was picking up my mom, and the charge aide mentioned that my mom liked reading the newspaper and that she thought she might enjoy her own copy…It’s obvious she has the resident’s best interests at heart. I wanted to let you know how very grateful I am…you have provided a wonderful environment for my mom and a sense of peace for me knowing she is safe, cared for and very, very happy.”

Our Personal Care Aides assist as needed with dressing, bathing, toileting, hygiene, oral care, grooming, nail care, making beds, and straightening rooms and closets. Our full time laundress will wash your clothing, iron, and help you put things away.
Our housekeeping staff keep the house clean and tidy daily, with weekly cleaning of each resident’s room. Maintenance helps with items such as hanging pictures, or moving furniture. Need a new light bulb? We’ll take care of it.
